Service Refunds

• All services provided are non-refundable once completed.

• If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24–48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Advance Payments

• Deposits or advance payments for bookings are non-refundable, but may be adjusted for rescheduling (subject to availability).

Cancellations

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Packages & Treatments

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be transferred or rescheduled (as per clinic policy).
